WIZARD and ME


ME:Will you take me to a short journey into my childhood days?

WIZARD:Why do you want to go back?

ME:I wish i could see myself as a little girl

WIZARD:It is easy,just put your imagination in move or look at a picture of your childhood

ME:But i wish to rediscover some secrets from the time i was just a child.

WIZARD:I knew that you didn't tell me the truth

ME:Maybe i was afraid of other people's reaction

WIZARD:There is a big difference between the two worlds-Childhood and Maturity ;
to feel and experience your youngest days you need to live another time again

ME:I need it right now,for i write a story

WIZARD:I shall give you a glimpse into past times,and nothing more..perhaps you will
find a little nook for me on your pages..to keep me from being forgotten;you see,
i live in one's memory,from century to century people pass their testimonies
and keep me alive.....if there were no reminiscence i would die..

ME:It sounds like recall of a fire that people once kept burning ....

WIZARD:Only it is about LIGHT now..good memories light up the future,

but bad ones bring calamity and misery;every time a man lights up a path,
we all step into bright days;each time one starts a war it brings us back into
the darkness...it is not easy to get out of the HELL..

I am sure even there was a visitor to darken and puzzle my childhood,
i would bring about but pure brightness for you and me....Thank you my dear WIZARD!

WIZARD:Good luck with your endeavors and aspirations,there is a reward for everyone who
is able to revive their youth....and that is great SECRET!should i reopen it for You,it takes from
you to make a new path for others who are brave enough just like you are,,.Will you?,,
..anyway with no special promise i shall tell you it,because i know that you already
reigned a secret ..You won old age...so every time you make a path for another one,
you are granted with the sparkle of eternal Youth....
The more starry paths you open the greater and more beautiful your Youth....

I smiled,said nothing but was sure that my wizard knew the whole truth for me and of me...and i knew without  even saying a word to me,that there was a hidden danger to stop me from achieving all my dreams,i knew for myself which one i still longed for...

When i waked up that morning,nothing was the same as previous days;i felt like being suddenly touched by smell of some olden and rushing times,as came out from crumpled and burnt pages of a book to have stayed too long exposed to Sun's merciless rays.Particles of dust floated and soared high above my head,while walking on a unsightly path remembering me of some colored and lost time,and as every child being eager to feed own curiosity i looked to the right and left with hope to notice some recognizable objects,or signs to lead me into the course of unveiling my dreams.

As i was walking along the trail,all the colors changed their robes in a desperate call on me to replace them with new ones to refresh my memory and clarify sights around me.I recognized an aged tree of apricot to bear delicious fruits,then there was a tall and robust mulberry,a place to spend few hours in meditation,by sitting high on its hidden branches.Who doesn't like abundance of mellow purple and pink fruits?Can you imagine the simplicity of a moment,when you feel like a Queen while dangling legs in empty space bellow,to rise few meters from the ground!What would many of us give for such a pleasure and magic of the moment?
I hardly was aware how that lovely tree held me in its hug by trying to pass on me its own pains and hopes.. ...how many times i am unconscious about another man's griefs and expectations?For the all is live in my magic land,and every thing,every creature has personal story to tell us.

Whether life still exist,or i am a slender breeze in obscurity,just a faded copy of gloriousness that i was granted with,in a time to have gone.That is which makes me doubt in reality of my life,when everything seems so dummy,with people around me seemingly walk,talk and make other gesticulations,but the pulse of life has vanished or made into something resembling a realm where the prince of darkness potters and makes his dirty mischiefs.I constantly lose myself in that labyrinth of pale perceptions and an account of intensive feelings in my first views of life around.

There was a river,and still she makes her appearance while running by my village house,only the stories are different since the time i had some lovely days in her company.When i return there and look into its surface i see how the warmth and excitement of those early moments have complete fled,while vainly longing to bring back vividness and hilarity of past enjoyment;and i know i can only revive memories starring into a framed picture to hang on my room's wall.
Oh, how passionately i wish i were again in primary layout of my picture,abandoned there and free of time's measurements and changes,inevitably followed by the flow of passing years!From my distance now,i see these visions colored in gold and silver,as reflections of vivid and colorful vibrations they were once.
I looked for more haunted places that used to catch my attention and love;one of them found its place in the hills up my village where my grandma and granddad grew vine and meadow,patterned with tress of plumes,pears and apples.In the early Spring,it found me happy with lovely wild strawberries i picked and enjoyed in their scent.And they still occupy the same stretch;i can walk among them and enjoy in scenery,but can't feel previous alluring and marry impressions,except in my memory.The trees,strawberries and meadow rest now in their tawny and blanch decor.
The scenery stood the same but I am the one to be changed because the lucidity and sensibility of child's eye has gone forever.I don't say that my childish spirit abandoned the nest without leaving its fluffs to keep tracks and enriched me in these decrepit times..
Hence i feel that the all was someone's hoax,to let we go through life toward its supposed end,to grow,but persistently losing the glow and sparkles of life's pleasure and happiness.Somehow our basic picture got spoiled,and like anyone trying to recover a masterpiece,would only find themselves to never make anything better or return its beauty and purity given by first colors,painted with the precious moves of a brush.
What grows fantastic in this story,if you happen not to conceive it,is the sense of time's illusion and fascination.;that little child with personal memories and experience seems to me like coming from primeval times,and containing all the wisdom of life.
I see that child in hold of pristine wisdom written by invisible visitors and unknown by God,while a rapacious hand of foxy Devil seized a slice to allure and deceive ones who are brave to search for sacred knowledge.I assume it comes to us in flash of light traveling a distance between remote star and find its sprout here on earth.
My musing over past times,made me lose sense of reality ....where is beginning?where is the end?Did i go into right direction?What if the very beginning of my life was my greatest achievement,being but a pure divination.That child makes me upset to suspect in my present,my judgment and reason,to wonder myself who knew more and lived real life.Me or that child?It makes me feel living an untrue life,in which we mostly become lost in reaching true love,in learning,enjoying and celebrating the life itself.Being caught in an emptiness while trying to get to the top i climb all the time,i slide further and further into the deep,stuck in the frivolity and frost on the bottom.Such a condition makes i lose my reason,doubt my mind,cognition and observation,by suspecting myself about where is the mistake;and if there was any,whether it had to imply in my life or i made a choice once.


Still there is hope for all of us to walk on the tracks of childhood's glistening paths...
What You really need to learn is simplicity of FIRST STEPS a baby learns .!Make first steps,dare to walk,and everything will come to be as it was divined and drawn by one's hand to paint your canvas of life.Start anything,no need for a bulk of designs and plans ,just let your leg make one STEP and all the rest will unroll as it was predicted.That is the wisdom which the child i used to be told me in whispers,by slowing their sounds over the years to pass by,and like music forgotten but learned once,they might be refreshed in memory to teach us again about life,unwrapping the picture of FIRST STEPS in the earliest childhood!
Remote sounds and notes,smothering WHISPERS from past times,are still able to bring back to us first and inborn KNOWLEDGE from our ancestors,left in heritage,the road of which ,we can only find in FIRST CHILD IMPRESSIONS!
That is,as i see it clear now,why i kept in my mind that child as being AGED one, in my vision!The child showed pristine WISDOM leading through unawareness and subconsciousness of a naive and genuine being to just make first steps in life,more a reflection passed on us from first beings once walked on the Earth!

Gifts of Nature

As a human being you belong to the nature with its perpetual circle of renewal,by inevitably sharing its most astonishing features,both beautiful and hazardous ones.There have always been contrasts since the very beginning of the world when it hailed two poles:female and male,named Eva and Adam;there were good and evil;there were God and Devil;there were light and darkness;heaven and land.....
The polarity forced us to learn living with each other's personality and consume outer disturbances as much bearable as we can,by not staying in the line of one's path and hidden aspiration;in some way it is about learning to love and stand each other.With every morning you welcome,there might be a wrapped desire for it to last a bit longer... how wonderful it would be to prolong its lasting!One magic night makes you wish it never stopped.There are established rules that we have got used to;having become every day's expectations of ours,they lost their seducing taste and magic....we know what to expect.


 We know what to expect!
 
And that way our minds follow trained and known path;there are no surprises,no new expectations...you know that one day you would get old...you know how your face would become drawn with lines and change its view.You have a picture of yourself being formed beforehand.It is a lasting mistake nested in your mind!

You could say that no one had taught you in childhood how things might be different ....it is truth,but think of God and his creation;he gave birth to everything and everyone,not asking for permission and not being trained by anyone!Pure source of origin and manifestation of the power!There was a moment of motivation and inner glow to/ spread across the mind and/ conceive Universe!

Learn from the Universe;learn from our common Creator and start thinking of changing your future!

For a change,think about ability to model yourself after your own view and perspective;become a desire,pour into your being every alluring thought and let it become a CHANGE!The journey begins in your mind,it is the helm to navigate through the endless landscapes of possibilities to lie ahead of you.!Imagine the volume of the space and every little star seen by you to represent a new destination,a possible road to walk along.Your MIND is as expansive as COSMOS to loom above your head;there is no limit to travel and explore..just DARE to MUSE!

Nature Adorning the Three Graces

Among the first impressions of nature that we are attracted to,is an astonishing Beauty we meet each morning as we open our eyes and look through the window;it is magnificent blue sky with white or some blurred clouds floating in the heaven.A walk along the path gives us great pleasure to enjoy in blossoms of trees and beautiful flowers in parks;taking a little longer stroll and going into forests and mountains are more exciting and challenging experience.All the forest's verdure with trees and birds to sing and healthy air to breathe are real treasure.
As i remember my youngest days,when i walked along the forest's lanes together with my father and the rest of family,i recognize that i was deeply connected with all the beauty around me and absorbed its genuine freshness.There must be my subconscious played main role and took nature's abundance without pressure,by merging into her beauty.I believe that in those days,my body and mind were quite opened to receive all the abundance and supply themselves with purity and strength.In present time it seems we are receiving her blessings  in more an "artificial"way which makes us being deprived of recovering our bodies properly.

All the pores on our bodies are open and ready to receive outer natural ingredients and let them go through and reach every cell in the organism.The way in which body goes through it,is more efficient if it happens while being without any pressure,holding a relaxing condition,having mind freed of worries and disturbing thoughts.Just imagine a child plays careless on a field while breathing fresh air and filling his lungs in a total harmony with the surrounding. By becoming a load of useless thoughts,the mind passes on the rest of organism its negative influence and poison it.The poison is the main reason for inability to feel better and reach happiness you deserve.Your body becomes ill by poisonous streams that you allowed to pour into the body and spread through your veins.The more natural and spontaneous way it flows your body,the healthier and happier condition of your entire being.Take every free moment to relax,free yourself of hard and annoying thinking,go into open air,breathe and enjoy in beauties around you.That is forgotten habit we practiced more in our childhood,and by time left them behind us.There is inevitable reminder of practicing gymnastics and physical training....even if you are not able to practice them in right way as you used to do it,find some time to go out and at least treat yourself with a lovely walk.

 The Control of Nature

There is a truth you must accept as the rule:it is on you and your mind to dismiss all the turbulence to bother you,and open roads toward simple conveniences;every new passing to be freed is one more possibility for you to enrich your organism by allowing mind and body to receive all gifts of Nature.And as you know each hug is healthy and joyful,it gives away warmth and build a shield of protection.
A neglected plant begins to lose its beautiful color,fades and get its petals bowed.The same way,your body and skin might model themselves into decrepit and parched appearances,which makes wrinkles to line your skin and look old.Each line to penetrate your skin disfigure your face.


There is one thing to remember:it is YOU to take care of yourself;there is no magic wind outside of your being-only in YOUR own BEING!

All the magic of recovering and renewing your skin and staying young is within you;there is also a need for better understanding the role of Nature and controlling mutual influences.

 As little drops of rain washing glamorous and splendid sprouts by breathing into them new life,the same way your body gets refreshed and fed by water getting into pores of your organism.There is nothing in nature which your organism could not be touched with while sharing all the abundance with natural surrounding;It is sun to make plants produce food-it is Sun to give you precious vitamins;It is ground compost to grow greens and which after the whole process of production has ended,finds its way in your organism and some animals as well.What i wish to highlight has been purity of elements you put into your body and all the rainbow of air particles you breathe along the way.
You belong to the nature and the whole circle of elements to keep us alive all together;you depend on the boons of your surrounding and natural ambient;fruit and vegetables in their colorful richness make up for every loss in precious vitamins and minerals;once the balance of inner flows in your being get spoiled,first visible signs have been shown on the surface of your skin.In healthy condition,it is rosy hue of the skin to shine,but in unbalanced one,it shows a sallow color of your face.The first signs of weakened organism and immunity are reflected on the skin like in a mirror...

Mind and Spirit as inner Manifestation of Nature

But primary cause of your troubles lies in your inner state of mind and spirit!


I have always regarded,and believe,that main source for keeping with good health and beautiful look,springs from holding your SPIRIT and inner BEING high motivated-it is not material food to be Holy grail of your splendid appearance-it is food that you get from being in excellent psychic condition,from possessing an inner fire to emanate from inside,from staying high motivated and focused;it is from the strength of your MIND to demolish all margin appearances to torture you.

 And if you ever think of getting away from the heritage of Nature,i say you,how it always plays active role and makes the escape impossible;another key factor in your relation to outer conditions are your fellow beings around you,people you spend your time with,close friends,family,......you are influenced by their presence,and if there is some negativity coming from them.it poisons your mind in the same way as it does an air pollution to all living world.All the scope of negative energies and influences you receive by your surrounding affects you and prevents from being more successful in accomplishing every day's tasks and activities;it poisons your relations,it makes you feel bad....
You need to make choices-whom will you welcome to be your close friend to exchange the stream of energies with.Unfortunately,most people are not a healthy combination -they hold inside of themselves a range of useless and spoiled thoughts and intentions;it is an addition to the heritage which has been passed on them by the moment of their births.Every particle of human body to bear DNA,our genetic record ,in some way defines the destiny of each individual himself.

And i say:Be the Producer of own Being

DNA-your foundation for life is just a beginning;you have endless possibilities to evolve and improve them!each one of them is SECRET grail for improving yourself and embracing more astonishing views.It might be a wizard for you to become a producer of own being in the way as your inner feeling and imagination lead you..

Eulogy for Nature and Beauty

As i walked this morning,just a short stroll in the vicinity,i held a smile all the time,no special reason,even weather was not pleasant,misty and rainy; now i see that someone or something knew sooner than me.... it was more beauty in coming;clouds have parted and Sun's shining!

Believe in your instinct,hidden knowledge and let one's hand lead you and say things you still don't know.....such thoughts crossed my mind!

This short vignette sounds like a prelude and come about to be an introduction into my journey today;there are always missing things waiting for us to accomplish them,and one day,it will be right time for you to meet something forgotten or neglected,perhaps hidden,and fulfill it..

Life itself is very promising at the beginning,and a recovered picture of early childhood to spread out before our eyes,leads to a magic world,experienced only while living our youngest days.The reality adopted a snapped look of our imagination and intimate sensitivities;it was telling a loose story without leashes and projections forced by someone else in our living circumstances and environment.Our feelings were not doomed to wait for approval or right hour to live them through...we were bewitched with own creativity and fantasy.There was no future nor past,but only present and ephemeral happiness.
Thinking of that time,i am trying to bridge a gap between the lives we used to have and lost over the years,and connect such a careless life with us,in a way we are now.What does one mature need in order to bring oneself back into rightful mood and be able to feel the world as fulfillment and magic being in harmony with its purpose?

One simple question,which opens many roads to go for and look for right answers.
Ask yourself:are you happy with your look?
Are you content with your life?
Are you living your life the way you wish?
Are you spending your time the way you like the most?

Offering to Flora

Nature is our common friend to give great example of how powerful a change is;look around yourself,and you will face with momentary transformation;one tree being naked until yesterday,has suddenly robed itself with lustrous green leaves and odorous blooms.Instead of houses and paths covered by snow,it is now glittering roofs and joyful sparkling trails to walk along them;in just a few hours what was glossy and silvery ice on the surface of a river,appeared now to be a translucent flow....
By getting accustomed to these hilarious scenes,you must feel a call for you to join that jubilant circle of changes!

While the Sun and water benevolently feed their soul-mates and keep the breed's existence in endless round of birth and deaths,it appears that your body and mind are true challenge for jealous nature to help you fulfill your dreams and hopes:it asks from you to give a hug to the all and live in harmony with swarm of yells and whispers traveling through your mind with passion and lust while changing you into something more than a mere being to come into this world.

Just DARE and DEFY everything which might stop you from embodying higher and more absorbing dreams.

Once i was brave enough to make up my mind and took a step on the road,shown in my vision and followed by silent voice,caught only by myself,i did one of the greatest thing in my life.What it brought to me,is wonderful pleasure of enjoying in fruits of one of the biggest mysteries and secret aspirations over the centuries-staying young.I defied all the signs of dangers and fears inside and around me.I made a confession to devote myself to the magic vote,which came in early childhood as a blear message,more like something to have come from the shrouded places,and where my brave instinct brought me without any perceptible supporters.

Now i know that something or someone knew sooner than me,what path i need to walk on,what dream to choose,what mystery to solve,what obstacle to remove,what time a cup of victory to drink.......what nectar God designated to me!

How to Stay Young Forever

Eternal Youth
It may be the greatest endeavor a human being is able to achieve in life!
Being granted with one of the most beautiful presents coming from most
powerful and magnificent well which puzzles the whole human history,is real
blessing!I feel like God's hand touched me and rose to experience the
highest form of existence.

The silentest voices bring the greatest changes!It is about understanding of nature....when it seems to be the stillest,then you need to be most vigilant..it has just been preparing for something big to happen,as all the hoarded negative energy seeks its way to go out,,,and blow out in the front of you view!

 It is most important lesson in your life...to learn and listen to! 

By living that way,you feel the power of being whatever or whoever you want!The might of transformation and evolving into something greater and more perfect is always an option for you if you let your body and spirit breathe in the HARMONY with all the nature.Let yourself be her master and servant!

Let yourself feel her strength and power of transformation and feed your organism with healthy thoughts!Be aware of every moment allowing you to bring many desired changes into your being and make rugged skin become flat and glossy!Recover neglected and lost energy to lie hidden in some isolated places inside of you,by allowing to circulate all the time!

The introduction i gave at the beginning of this story,was not by accident; the child you keep in your memory, plays main role in reminding you of how important it is,to let unaware and silent things come into your mind;it reminds you of the beauty you find in your surrounding with simple things bringing joy,while giving in other people's ordinary and magic achievements.On your road to accomplish some of the most beautiful features a man bears and shares with others,be admonished to believe in Fairy Tales being left somewhere behind you; it was the time when they seemed so vivid and alluring...that child is still here to remind you of all the miracles being present in your life once but somehow vanished during your daily duties in this confusing society we face and find it hard to get away from!


There is a thread of instincts and hunts coming from the Nature and beg you for devotion......may you live life you have dreamed of,and go to meet your destiny...it is never late for a change,as long as you walk along with nature and listen to her beats...at least by the time we get to know some other side of the existence ...my  instinct and sense tell me to be out there....!

BEAUTY 

Every sense of your being is open to vivify outer sounds,visions and waves to bear particles of energy ...be equally aware and listen to invisible..the more beauty you allow to reign your awareness,the more beautiful person both  on the inside and outside you become!Beauty is like a fountain to drink from and renew yourself to shine in full glory!

If there is a day when you don't feel like being in good condition and susceptible for change,miss it ....let it go..there is another mystical and promising day to come...!

Be open ....as human being you need publicity,stage from where you expose your most distinct features seeking auditory...BEAUTY needs a mirror to look itself and be recognized.The whole ambient in which you put your foots might be a big MIRROR.;the all being reflected by you and received by outer world,gets jointed in your being.What embodied  epistle you send with the state of entire organism,and visual appearance you show,depends on you and the way you exchange energy contained in your thoughts,aspirations and willingness;get yourself in the condition to receive the all coming to you and radiate the inner beauty you have on your disposition.And let one point in your mind be center,and manage all creative flow originating from you.

Some stories never get finished and continue to inspire us for ever.One of most alluring tales to be conceived at the very beginning of human existence,is how to prolong life and stay young forever.I can't be sure what an ancient man pondered upon while standing and peering into night's expanse,but our familiar relationship,gives me the right to assume that the attitude we have towards our ancestors might be tricking,and that there was something more unusual about their environment and appearance.
The history approves that there were many exceptional minds to move limits of human knowledge and improve humanity.They gave birth to wonderful art works,such as paintings,or architectural designs seen in Egypt's pyramids;there were a lot of authors who shared their excellent and inspiring pages with us.  Science,art,literature,industry...all the fields of a man's endeavors were the stage for building,creating,projecting,writing,music....
William Shakespeare,Goethe,Michail Bulgakov....just few of the notables to mention,came up with a masterpiece in the distant past without waiting for the future and proper time to fit their spirit and mind's contemplation.One's man creativity has always been great opportunity for expressing highest abilities regardless of the age they lived in and created,while not depending on narrow views of their surrounding. The act of a genius sparkled the swarm of stars to radiant over the centuries.It is like opening new roads for the future generations of inspired minds to walk on.
Such brilliant truths,told and written,stay like an eternal legacy and light for everyone to find themselves confronted with bigotry of average men in regard to own qualities and creations.

The first visions and predictions appearing in the childhood are veiled in their obscure and insensitive meaning; the fate lures and defies our youngest years for it is the time for you to catch a "star" foreboded and hidden in its obscurity;there is a distant path you are expected to walk on belonging to the future.Imagine a blear window which you try to see through,but there is an act of magician requested of you to take and have a clear view.
Now,it is truth that i caught my STAR;i was lucky and clever to surrender myself to first challenge in my life.It is more like a great mystery and power you are aware of,and the only you are expected is to show
patience,discipline,persistence,belief and courage to endure on your way.

 First and main station on one's journey is 'childhood'.My own experience was about vision of coming "something" when i reach my maturity ....around 30s...And i believed in such an exception...i have always thought of myself as being "exceptional" in some way.When the time predicted for me came,it was clear that the all was about keeping my Young look.Simply,i could not stand to get old,and seeing my face lined with wrinkles was unbearable for me!And still in present time i can't even think of my face to grow old!
I remember first wrinkle around my mouth,and how that affected me...i was terrified.The strength and will of my mind were strong enough to erase every track of them!

There must be gates for the fluid of my mind's energy to go through and reach every pore of my skin;also,there must be a 'passage' in my mind to be opened while meditating.It is just my  presumption,for i have no possibility to check it on my own,or by any science or medical method.Mind is like a 'blueprint',inherited by birth,but at the same time,it is your "secret grail' for evolution and the magic of exceptional achievements.The more you free your mind of all unnecessary loads,the more open gates before you to explore and navigate own thoughts through as a real MASTER!
It might be truth that MIND is Holy Grail to be searched for centuries as a source of eternal youth and immortality..It may be that your biggest battle for reaching own goals lies in mastering the mind !


Once you have freed your mind,it is just a base to be cherished and kept from you,while being vigorous and wakened all the time.To me,the vigilance represents the higher level of awareness,and probably has been experienced by greatest minds,thinkers,philosophers and mystics.In the state of complete awareness,your body gets easier and you float in space;your soul craves to reach the spheres where angels fly! That is how you become closer to these divine beings,settled in the center of a radiant and lightened space of happiness and ecstasy.That is the place where Angels whisper to you and have always smiled at you;you are welcomed and your soul has found asylum being lost once and never found by many wandering in search for peace and salvation.That is the place of one's craving and where everything and everyone have brought to light.Your own enlightenment came after being redeemed from all the sins and as personal reward.That is the way how all the Universe celebrates its presence and receives you in its resort.That is a way how you have accomplished Jesus Christ's testimony in own resurrection.You died and rose again;you joined Lord and Jesus Christ in the omniscience by reaching the essence of one's coming into the world and reality as we know it.

Cleaning process has always led to one thing gets easier;all the dirt and negativity diminish,and the more free space you get,the greater and happier your enjoyment and personal enlightens.
Freedom is like a balloon rising you over the all to shackle you;it is gained power allowing you to live a life you wish for yourself;it is embodied fantasy ...with every new victory you become stronger and more confident;that is the way for earning more beauty....

Can you imagine my ephemeral enjoyment as i made an acquittance with the book which might be one of my desired titles:How to Stay Young.The title i  was longing for,kept in my mind for a long time and lived with a thought of making it my "own book"one day.

So,it happened that the book had already been written,which is nothing weird,since over the the centuries,there were many great talents to make invisible into visible in the form of magic words.There is nothing to be stolen,at least i suppose so,maybe something borrowed,for we follow each other in a way of how we think and meet recognizable patterns to pass from one generation to another one.I will not discover "word"which is the core of my life experience and guiding thought in my writing.
I leave it for the end of my story&review,when my experience and Author's narrative become clearer for me and you, and we meet expectations of one brilliant mind.

 "How To Stay Young "is an exceptional book,written in great style,understandable narrative and easy for reading,and such,available to everyone,even if English is not native one for the reader.

Following the material we come to the spiritual view,or metaphysical;that is the core in understanding of the process:how to stay young.There is no separation between physical and metaphysical,it sounds familiar being accepted in our awareness that spirit and body are inherent,and has its foundation in religion,something which was followed from the beginning of the humanity,and established in many national religion beliefs,in Christianity it is about soul to dwell in the body and leave it after death.Most impressive is Jesus Christ's crucifixion,his resurrection,and coming up on earth in new look after death-it is eternal life ,granted and promised to his followers.

 POWER of BELIEF

 First implementation in Religion

 I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
 I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
 He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin
 Mary.
 He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
 He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again.
 He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
 He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
 I believe in the Holy Spirit,

The creed and power of belief is foundation in Christian religion to find greatest admission in resurrection of Jesus Christ;such a power and strength of belief are brightest among all other signs to follow and teach you how powerful your spirit is.Jesus Christ's heritage teaches you about eternal cycle of renewing ,endless possibilities to evolve and grow own power.Life is never ended,and looking from the Universe perspective it is the same law implemented in earthly existence.The same power to descend from the heaven and embody itself into living world on earth.
 It is about the very core of a human being;a man possesses physical body,but his power lies in spirit,in metaphysical form of existence and both are joined and in mutual interaction.

 The Knowledge of Yourself

What the shares of physical and metaphysical exactly look like,it couldn't get final answer;what my experience teaches me is that i really know my body,i know its particles,and in my case i call them "strange"....it is partly the answer to Christian Daa Larson's opinion about knowledge of yourself/your body.Such strange nature of my cells determines my being,it makes me distinct..and i find myself in real "advantage"...i am unique in comparison with the others.I think,i have not met another one to inherit the kind of the cells,such unique ingredients and enriched like being modeled and touched by angel himself.
In any way,whether you belong to my sort or not,it is necessary to know your body and decipher its unique chemical composition in order to get yourself transferred to higher level of self awareness.
By knowing myself i got on self-confidence and mastered my personality.I am aware that my   characteristics,make me a bit 'different',i learned to love and draw my strength from it.

 Having built the base-knowledge of yourself,you can benefit from it while being on the track of early  predictions as seen in your childhood,or as the author states,you can still achieve anything whatever age you
are.In this particular case,i am not sure that you can recover your young look completely,in case you missed some actions in earlier years.I give you hope that you might accomplish it,since i and  the author agree about a learning process to last for a man's life with no limitations.

I mastered the complete craft of staying young,and in my try to display all my experience,it will be beyond my power to depict all the details and transfer inner treasure i went through,but still the bigger part of the picture will be in your reach.

 When My Story Begins...

The first memory when my story begins,has its record in my childhood,carried on the archaic wings,when unspoken words told me,that my mission waits for me to get into mature age....it was an unclear prediction but i kept it in my mind all the time.

When prevision reached the betoken time,i was in my early 30s.....
That point might be the first in your life to go for...never miss the signs envisioned for you,have respect and patience for the moment of their completion.

There is no road leading toward the heaven without being haunted by creatures to dwell on its margins and lurk from the darkness.They come without invitation,although i doubt they were not been authorized by myself in the time when i made agreement with my destiny.There was demon's force to wrap me and keep in the foggy sphere.Demon played its rule on many an occasion,the past is full with hunting stories,mixed creatures,dark places and unexplained phenomenas;it is literature to feed our fantasy with wonderful experiences and characters  to gain our sympathy and affection;the treasure of beautiful stories found its roots in ancient religion manuscripts to follow the progress of civilizations and modern time.Many a writer put their signatures on the works confronted with invisible powers coming from the darkness.

 PERSONAL MEETING

While being obsessed,i wandered through the veil of obscurity He sent me a message,it is a sentence i had read in local newspaper:"There are a growing number of nuns to appeal to the pope for
help,because of being obsessed with the devil."

So,i remembered the sentence,even it had gone many years since the event and my mystical visitor...The most distinct memory from the time of my obsession is hate i felt of myself,a great deal of negative energy,not pleasant feeling and it took time to get myself released from all magical circle to cover me,and recover healthy condition to live in love with myself.

 LOVE

Christian taught us about love and its meaning......nothing new,or unknown,but for this purpose and mission in life,it is essential.Love is food for our cells,it is reversal leash between spirit and physical body.
My love regards to everything which my steps put foots on..a walk into obscurity of unknown and unexplored nestled in my mind,first tracks of conceiving and attuning informations after having gone through their purification,pen i hold and thoughts dropping from jealous clouds being lost in sounds of furious storms,the height of ecstasy and screams of forlorn aliens,recognizable lines i write,many of which coming from desolated and dusted roadsides,places haunted for the centuries to long for being revived ;view overlooks hills in reach of my eye,chirp of mystical birds which always lived in archaic landscapes and times;love of my origin without final destination.....

Love traveled many a years,centuries left their seals on uncovered letters,the very demons and angels dwelt in its cradle.I don't believe in the simple fact of birth i came into the world,there had been greater mystery around it.It is of vital importance not to lose the thread leading back to the origin.

I think i made it by making an agreement with my destiny, a forecast from childhood..that way,i had not lost my way and my life,which is all about happiness,joys,beauty.....life style.

to follow our instincts going to subconscious

I had courage to follow my path by not leaving it when the first signs of darkness came to me.,,,i accepted being obsessed ..i took my fate in own hands like a carter to hold the ribbon of unrestrained horse faced with the indescribable energy and unpredicted holes on a country road to defy all agonized creatures luring in sleeping landscape....
... the only way to reach perfection,improve yourself and be new-born by holding to own destiny and looking bravely at all challenges along the way..

 That is modification of Your life and fulfillment of Jesus legacy .......resurrection.
In my transformation i have been deprived of sensual life.. it is complete abstention to get inner strength and rise over earthly temptations.

 BEAUTY

 Christian D. Larson (1874 - 1954) was a New Thought leader and teacher, as
 well as a prolific author of metaphysical and New Thought books. He is
 credited by Horatio Dresser as being a founder in the New Thought
 movement.[1] Many of Larson's books remain in print today, nearly 100 years
 after they were first published, and his writings influenced notable New
 Thought authors and leaders, including Religious Science founder, Ernest

 Christian D. Larson was an outstanding and highly influential early New Thought leader and teacher as well as a prolific writer of New Thought books who believed that people have tremendous latent powers, which could be harnessed for success with the proper attitude.
Christian Daa Larson, of Norwegian extraction, was born in Iowa in 1874. He attended Iowa State College and a theological school (Unitarian) in Meadville, Pa. In his early twenties he became interested in the Mental Science teachings of Helen Wilmans, Henry Wood, Charles Brodie Patterson, etc. Little is known about his personal life and what originally led him to take up his intensive study of Mental Science, but its logical teachings clearly suited young Larson's analytical mind and provided a point to him where theology and science could meet and combine to provide a practical and systematic philosophy of life

I am Daughter of Moon's Lovers

As you meditate on the life,isn't it all about looking for right word,which at the very beginning of the world,according to the Bible,was the first one to greet the dawn of new world.What was so powerful in the "word" of God to make all history to happen,we might never know,and it would stay an eternal mystery.And because of such an obscurity and inability to get the knowledge of true meaning,and once established rule,we return to the back side of the"word',marked as "secret"..... My all musing over eternity in general,and the destiny of a human being in particular,has been hold on looking for right "word".It appears to be not easy task,especially if you try to pass personal experience on to others and really intend to be understood.In that searching,i might miss a right word,and then be blamed for spreading lies;there might be that God was afraid of being misunderstood and avoided to give more explanations.
Looking for truths and finding new discoveries,is by itself very alluring,and some of such enjoyment we have in reading the ancient tales and legends,written long time ago.One of the most famous is certainly Holy Grail,a tale of the source of eternal life.There are many different interpretations of the legend,but for all,it is unique an excitement and mystery about source of the youth.Just imagine what wonder it would be,to drink from the magic well and feel being freed from any worry about healthy condition and growing old.It is really first and last thought,conceived in the cradle of the Universe's birth.Reaching eternal life is the closest to our vision of the Paradise.

 Now,i am forced to go back into the past,just like a traveler through the space and time,and look for possible mistakes,or final understanding of God's punishment to leave us to wander in the darkness with hope to get into the light one day.From that point of view,i seem to be a prisoner,caught in someone else's world,who holds a key of the door to outer world.This thread inevitably leads to Adam and Eva,first sins of ours and God's decision to punish Humanity by dispelling them out of the paradise.


CONSCIOUSNESS


True separation came through empowered and completed consciousness,and it made human being so distinctive from the other creatures.Consciousness is the highest form to arise over all living features and base for creative force;being aware a man becomes creative following the process of thinking and imagination.


CREATION

An animal is deprived of ability to paint or write, a man is the one who is able to express oneself through different forms of creation visioned through consciousness.


FEELINGS


The second great achievement in human development is power to feel....man is able to love and hate,laugh and cry,feel compassion or regret,... I see these features like a heritage,inherent in every living being,but what every one might do with them,or the way to use them,depends on each individual person.You are granted,and that is just one parcel of the road you walk,there are many possibilities to change or improve them.You choose,at some point of life,what to follow and where to go;whatever to expect,nothing would happen by itself,it is you to recognize the crystal stairs to walk and make it your reality.

The beauty of life lies in the knowledge of self and staying true to yourself,while resisting to all temptations which might spoil you and make to stay a mere reflection of the crowd.If you wish an extraordinary life,to grow and improve yourself,then there is no other way but being complete dedicated to yourself.
By accepting yourself and giving the permission for all you strive to be fulfilled,you can stand being alone and isolated from the others;with no expectation about someone else to build your happiness.By loving yourself you find joy and happiness in the row of little things around and everything you do.I am content and simple happy while writing or thinking of you.I am happy while cooking or preparing favorite food;i am happy while walking along the streets or wandering through the forests;i am happy while reading and watching a movie;i am even happy while lying on my bed and doing nothing.... My joy and happiness spring from a higher level of consciousness,it is inside of me...i won great battle.and learned.to reign over myself!


I am the queen,i rule in my kingdom of desires and longing,i became everything i wanted..an easy bird in flight,a beautiful flower in wilderness,desert's oasis,heaven and sun,i am settled in the ocean,i enjoy on the boat while being whipped by the storms,i am green and red,i am painter of all the colors my mind conceive,i am cold rock on the Mars,daughter of Moon's lovers,i have wings to fly to remote space,i see the final point of the Universe;i am gift and punishment,i am wind and rain,i paint the sky and pick up the stars in the night;i am witch and dragon;i am music and ring;i act on my stage;i perform every role and character from my books;i am word of the consciousness,,!
I am wizard and miracle,and everyone might be!
Learn these words as true lesson and repeat each day while floating toward own destinations. I am happiness and beauty,i am wonder,i painted my path!

Having built physical condition and presumption for psychic health,you create inner contentment and recognize yourself as a happy being!And your body reacts the same way,it follows your aspirations and achievements,by giving you gifts...one of them is your look,pure face without any ingredient of spite,just radiant and beautiful.It is endless renewing of the cells which transmit their pleasure through all the pores of your skin and make you look so YOUNG and beautiful! While you still ponder over your "doomed" and unavoidable flow of the life's rules,i made it on my own to master one of the most desired and greatest "secret" of all times-eternal Youth.And you might think now how i switched my fantasy to speak the language,lost and forgotten in pristine times or caught in narrated fairy-tales,i insure you that nothing has been out of reach during our present existence.

My only dilemma now is,whether to go back to my personal story and experience,or to pursue the riddle which might solve the causes of your inability to win old age.
First to ask you:Did you ever think about keeping your face&skin looking young?
         
           

On my personal side,an established truth approves that i was thinking about it much earlier than you might presume,and that i was caught by an idea,whispered in my ear,which i accepted as a sign and forecast to follow,regardless of my young age which could easy be an obstacle to get it properly.I accomplish the all by relying on the fact how we still don't know or see clear the border between 'visible' and 'invisible" worlds,between reality and imagination...from time to time i feel an obsolete touch,like ease breeze around me which i understand like an indication that my life and yours probably,share a more obscure and hidden meaning,in which common languages lose their clarity and draw our attention towards pristine times,where all the spectrum of secrecy rests in its cradle.
If such an early prediction was my doom,and given only to me,i might say,that for some unexplained reason i had been granted to meet and reach my fate.

Being on the track of memory in my early 30s,i remember some little wrinkles on my face.Then,my personal strong desire and strength made them to vanish.Follow the power of body and mind,accompany them with spirit and wish to see your face pure and flat without any trace of aging,and then your jointed forces might lead you to awake each Morning with own picture in a mirror to reflect ever the same looks.And every new day you will bless the dawn and night for keeping you fresh and Young,one endless relief of disturbing deformations to annoy you.
You will bless and love yourself even more,unburdened from seeing your skin deformed.
I love my pure skin,without any lines traced by deep wrinkles to mangle my face,and being aware of how beautiful it is.


Give yourself one present each morning,by thinking of how it is expected of you to be seen as a young person,exclude any thought of possible wrinkles on your face,never think to grow old.Let your inner energy flow through the body and find its final output in inner spirit to promote it.Love your body,your spirit,your mind,absorb them and let continually cycle as well as the strength of your thoughts and concentrations.


The main source for both good and evil dwells inside of you,nothing around could accomplish anything for you;it is waste of time focusing thoughts to someone else and their lives as you poison body and mind with unnecessary damaging and disturbing thinking;don't expect the hate might answer your troubles and play the role of a wizard fulfilling your desires.It is only LOVE to see the right road and sparkling light,to remind you all the time,how it is first incentive and final consequence and answer for everything.

It is much as well about how we look at the things around us;throw a look at an object near you,a vase or a framed picture in your room...compare the way you look at them,let yourself first see them as usually you do,just an empty look,simple peering into a thing;then,try to get focused to it with all your attention,start thinking of the object,wonder yourself about the way it was made and how someone's hand gave it a form,by modeling its shape,think of its colors,you might find it resembles to the color of a corn or sunflower;force yourself to love it,whatever mode to have,let it get special meaning for you whilst forming its final appearance .....every "dead" thing might be loved and special for you as long as you afford yourself to look them with all your focus and love.

Giving lots of attention to the object of your choice,makes it become beauty for you,a thing to worship...that is the line where worshiping turns into marvel;the way you conduct your life might be"wonder" as well!and it is!
What life teaches you,it is about a present given to you and being possibly turned into miracle ;from the other point of view,you are able to make with your life whatever you envisage and wish;it is "marvel" alike...as a little child,i suppose being a girl,you put on your doll nice dress to look more beautiful,i used to have a naked one,then i tailored for her nice gowns,combed her hair and created another picture of her..the doll has now grew up and has own spiritual powers to bring into life another picture of herself;even more wonders around,just remember the moments when you wanted something so bad,that soon the vision became reality..someone bought to you a desired thing...

You are the lever,you set the all which you long for into motion,you are a starting point to create reality for yourself!
Each little particle in your being aspires for change...they are ALIVE,they BREATHE,they LONG, they LOVE,they THINK of you,they DREAM,they HUNGER,they crave for your ATTENTION,they become POWERFUL....they are CHANGE..
